A transfer case skid plate for the 2016-2023 4x4 Toyota Tacoma. Crafted out of 1/4" 5052 aluminum or 3/16" steel.
Fitment
- This shield is designed to fit Tacomas with a 4x4 drivetrain and V6 engine
- Caution if you have a 4-cylinder Tacoma: Fitment has NOT been confirmed on 4-cylinder Tacomas with a 4x4 drivetrain.
- Mounts into preexisting holes from the factory
- Not compatible with lift kits that require subframe modifications (usually lifts greater than 3 inches)
- Compatible with a manual transmission
- Sold as 1 part of the Tacoma skid plate package

- Zinc-coated button head Allen head hardware
Material
- Aluminum: CNC Laser Cut out of 1/4" 5052 Aluminum - Will not rust!
- All plates ship uncoated as bare metal, some cosmetic blemishes may be present on material upon arrival. Displays in pictures have been polished and finished
- Steel: CNC Laser Cut out of 3/16" steel. Powder coated in a black wrinkle finish
- The transfer case crossmember and braces that mount to the frame rail will be made out of 3/16" steel and will be powder coated in black
Installation
- Mounts into preexisting holes from factory
- Bolt in installation, no drilling required, can be performed by anyone with basic hand tools
